What's the role about?
As a Sr. Software Engineer - Node.js / TypeScript, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services that power modern digital products. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to the development of high-quality solutions, working closely with engineering, product, and design teams.
You will help solve complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the reliability and scalability of the platform through strong development practices, automated testing, and continuous integration processes. In addition to writing production-ready code, you will collaborate with peers, share knowledge, and help drive engineering excellence within the team.
What do we require from you?
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs, backend services, and scalable web applications.
- Solid experience with automated testing, including unit and integration testing.
- Experience working with modern development environments, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and containerized systems.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, or similar data stores.
- Familiarity with modern web development tooling and collaborative workflows using Git.
- Ability to evaluate architectural decisions and technical trade-offs when building scalable systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset when tackling technical challenges.
- Advanced English level.
